The money is there to be a player. Evidently, it was not part of Henry Silcock's strategic plan to improve shareholder value to employ a public relations specialist. Mr. Meaney is tight with a dollar, but that's why it speaks volumes that he agreed to convert all the Preferred Shares and have only Common shares. A commercial contract is near.
