Exactly! The fact that the former management of SPCL didn't PR this agreement back in May is the "pudding on the cake" as for the legitimacy of this deal as far as I'm concerned. A typical stinky-pinky CEO down at this level normally after signing a deal of this magnitude would be singing it's praises to the high-heaven in order for the SP to rise as to benefit himself and other insiders. It looks like a lot of thought and work went into this deal and the only way I can see it not being completed is if something was inherently wrong with the shell itself. But I believe too much DD went into this deal beforehand by the PixelMags and Pixel Holdings crews for that to happen. It was fully SEC reporting and current at the time this tranaction was initiated. It looks to be a tremendous opportunity for us at these levels but only time will tell for sure. IMHO
