They had until yesterday to file. What happened no one filed anything. What is this some kind of joke. Just another thing that is starting to make this ticker look not so attractive any more. No commercial no products in staple stores what is going on with that meaning the staples store.

And now no filing...everyone was waiting for today big things were suppose to happen today with the two filings. Man this is starting to crumble and breakdown right before our eye's. Still long here but it appears that the price is going to slowly start tumbling with no news this week. I have one question that just suddenly dawned on me like one or two weeks ago. If this is golden and going to be such a huge success who would know that most but Mark Kay himself. So if this is golden why does he not own millions upon millions of common shares here hmmm. That is something we should all ponder. I am still very bullish on this on a count of no dilution. And still much potential here. But once dilution kicks back in im out. Hope that is not the case. Glta.
