I vaguely remember Tyrone posting something about this. If I remember right, he was trying to say that because there are a bunch of MLM companies based in Utah, that this was a similar scam. I seem to remember that his logical conclusions seemed pretty faulty in trying to compare an MLM to a legit company that institutional investors are giving money to. Maybe he was just working off a gut feeling, but there didn't seem to be much of a factual argument that could be made that this company is a scam.

That said, I will agree that PN is not qualified to run this company, and the company's origins seem kind of strange how it was formed out of a failed golf clothing company in Utah (or something like that).
