You really think a prospective investor gives two sheets whether the 63 mill is coming from him personally or a company he owns a huge chunk of? Come on, get real. In fact I'd say I prefer your analysis because it means skin in the game, personally as opposed to a corporate investment, which is the HUGE, absolutely UNFORGIVEABLE TRAGEDY this is being made out to be. OK, correct, the important point is where it's coming from, not that it's 63 mill that's supposed to be coming in. Good grief. Smh.
