CDNL's management's choice in auditor is particularly relevant to discussion of the stock....

The point of an audit is to give people peace-of-mind that what's reported is accurate. That peace of mind comes from trusting an "independent" 3rd party. Furthermore, this choice is reflective upon management's competence.

Does anyone know: of the other 9 firms inspected by the PCAOB, how many have a history of being sanctioned by the SEC for verifying fraudulent transactions?
