Layoffs + $12B DEBT???

Why do these articles keep saying $12B instead of the $4.5B? And ALL assets equal $1.7??? I thought they also had assets that weren't up for sale?

If $1.7B towards the $4.5B then that makes sense, get $1.5B for TERP ?GLBL and now we are about $1B off like we have all been saying but how are they going to make up for that extra $1b???
