As per the 8K there is a seperation agreement between the former CEO and Pixel where he has a chance to buy former assets. Since he is no longer in the picture there wouldn't be any updated filings until all the t's are crossed and I's dotted and I would expected to see them come all at once from PixelMags to SEC. IMHO
