I think I owe you a big Thank You chris20! It was you and another poster on this thread that posted the morning that 8K came out saying everyone needed to take a look at this 48M dollar company PixelMags that was basically reverse merging into our shell. I studied a little bit more and cancelled my sell order I had hurriedly put in right away that morning. After reading over the 8K a few times and DD'ing PixelMags and the major players I instead starting buying a bunch more a few days later.

Not sure why all the concern about the 100/1 reverse split in this instance. They are not doing it to sell toxic debt on their books as they have none. They are also RS'ing the AS which is almost unheard of these days in the OTC. Of course they are only RS'ing the AS 10/1 as they will need room to bring shares representing the ownership of PixelMags into our shell. I cannot see how this could have been handled any other way. And a benefit of the RS will be to increase the SP of this new company to a level that someday could be listed on a major exchange. A sneaky underhanded CEO would not have even mentioned the RS in this 8K and wouild have just gone ahead and did it at the end. IMHO
