Thanks for that extra effort! Some here have a hard time connecting the dots. Peeps need to study that 8K and the major participants involved in this "Mega-Merger" by OTC standards. It's as simple as PixelMags, a 48M dollar high-tech company, merging into the old SPCL shell in order to quickly and inexpensively become a publicly traded company. Will be one exciting ride. IMHO
