you have to understand penny stocks. There are penny stocks which are pump and dump and fundamentals dont matter. There are penny stocks which are not pump and dump like lxrp. Fundamentals matter or some big sector news hits.

LXRP sales for year 2016 is ~50k. Mkt cap is 7M. You do the math.
