Few days ago a certain Chinese company that aspires to be first in the world was not licensed by IDCC but today they are and so new certainty about additional revenues has been established.

Few days ago litigation with the same Chinese company was a enormous constant cash drain for IDCC. Today that has stopped and there will be a substantial litigation savings coming in.

As others have pointed out in this forum the resolution of this case is certain to have a positive impact on the resolution of other IDCC cases
and that will have a multitude of positive effects for IDCC.
And so much more........... most of which has been posted here by some very well informed and thoughtful people.
