I'd like to educate you on a well known FACT
First I'd like to thank you for recognizing that Emaji Entertainment HAD an OLD CEO named Robert Atwell. He stepped down as CEO effective January 1, 2016.
As to your assumption that the old CEO Atwell has BILLIONS of shares, let me review the actual facts with you.
Robert Atwell holds a zero equity interest in shares of Emaji. He owns zero preferred shares. He owns zero common shares.
Robert Atwell relinquished 100% of his holdings to Christopher Petzel when he RESIGNED as Chairman, Sole Officer & Director of Emaji Entertainment effective February 11, 2016.
As far as the statement that he "STILL OWNS A SH*T TON OF PREFERREDS TOO" - - please keep in mind the verbiage from the most recent quarterly report:
On February 11, 2016, Mr. Petzel completed the acquisition of 23,000,000 Preferred A Shares and 43,000,000 Preferred B Shares, representing all of the preferred shares of the Company owned or controlled by Mr. Atwell, thereby effecting a change of control
Feel free to peruse the FACTS here:

Furthermore, Robert Atwell has 100% completely disengaged himself from Emaji Entertainment in every known capacity. He has no relationship with the company whatsoever and doesn't have "THE PETZEL'S BY THE BALLS".
As far as all the speculation concerning a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT it's now been factually stated by Christopher Petzel himself (via Twitter) that a R/S of the shares is simply not going to happen.
The question posed to him:
Any chance of a RS in the near future?
His answer:
None
When last I checked the definition of the word "none"
adverb
adverb: none
1.
by no amount; not at all.
Hmmm, seems fairly straight forward
I find it "interesting" that these very same rumors of a R/S were touted to be factually occurring back in April.
It didn't happen then and it's not happening now.
Christopher Petzel is NOT Robert Atwell
Christopher Petzel is not an unscrupulous CEO
He has been performing share reductions to reduce the O/S and Float utilizing personal funds and private funding from select shareholders.
You seriously have to ask yourself, "What's the point in spending tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy back stock from CD note holders then cancelling/retiring said shares to reduce the O/S and float, if you're ultimately going to R/S the stock?"
Makes no sense right?
That's why I'm an investor in Christopher's new company.
