The later in particular would place EMJI in the position of having made a misrepresentation to its shareholders if the name change is accompanied by an unannounced R/S. I, like you, don't believe Chris would do this, 1.) because he does appear honest, genuine, intelligent, and committed to running a company with shareholder value and 2.) like you mention, why take all the previously mentioned steps just to R/S?

That being said, if I were Chris, I'd issue a simple and succinct Tweet stating NO R/S with the name change and for x time/no plans and then follow that with the same statement in the next PR.
