Very nice action in SPCL(PixelMags) today. Not surprising, very predictable but still very nice. I would expect this same trend to continue throughout the month until we receive our formal update on the merger process.

I get a little chuckle when I here talk about needing a PR to somehow validate this blockbuster 8K. I put much more weight and faith in an 8K filed with the SEC than in any PR. This one is extremely detailed and everyone here needs to at least attempt to skim over it. Takes a little effort but well worth it.

Before anyone makes their final determination as to what their selling point is here I strongly recommend that you at least click on the above sticky note titled "Summary DD". Browse that and click on all the links and browse those also. It is very nicely laid out so you can do so quickly and easily. Then make your informed decision. IMHO
