True, I have been guilty of making fun of some of the foolishness. Only when attacked for calling it out.. But that still puts me on the same level I guess. Color me a hypocrite..

I promise I won't rub it in when escrows don't get rich. I believe many deserve a nice payday. I just think that those selling fantasies to anyone buying, is just setting them up for a painful reality. The more time spent on buying these fantasies, will make it all that much worse.
