We will just have to agree to disagree it appears. One year after the SEC issued the final letter (sept 2015) stating the review was complete. My guess is the review is complete.

And If I'm understanding your take on it - one year after the final SEC letter (Sept 2015) was issued stating the review was compete - you are saying it not complete - SOUM still need to answer the SEC.

Since the final SEC letter - 8k's and other filings have been received by the SEC without issue.

Let's see how it goes from here. Time will tell - it always does. $SOUM.
