or the fact that judge sweeney has now released several batches of documents not just to plaintiff lawyers but to the public

you're entitled to your opinion. you've been right so far but judge sweeney hasn't ruled on the motion to compel yet

you're suggesting that the government's assertions of privilege over 11,292 documents is fair and legal

based on what we've seen so far, i disagree; now, if you were to rewind 2 years you might be more believable
