Seems like the "dead wood" had a few patents while working at JWC.

I've seen it happen a hundred times, transfer a problem rather than deal with it ..

I don't know what's worse - falsehoods or hearing that someone has a work history where they've seen problem workers transferred a hundred times. I'll take my line of work - you don't cut it you're out - no transfers lowering expectations, no coworker jealousy, go find another job.

3 years at JWC after 8+ at CAT? This is not a "problem hire." And if it was "Stiepps brother" that was responsible, did he work his "magic" getting him a job at JWC too? Come on, with his background, his resume, he could have had loads of offers. These guys with these backgrounds are a tough get.

Application engineers do NOT grow on trees. However, if one were to ask why take this job when he has his background? Good question, but I guess he must just be an idiot, problem loser who can't get a job anywhere else, and if not for Stiepps brother, he couldn't work anywhere else - ahhh yes, that's why.
