tsla currently trades at about 300x forward earnings... that's nosebleed section stuff when you consider it's current assets are about 5 billion verses about 10 billion in liabilities.

they currently just don't have the cash flow/sales to keep this thing going without a major stock offering or bond sale to keep this thing going.

stock is worth somewhere in the $100 range at best.
