SO DB feels there is SOMETHING AT THE FDIC-R then correct?
I mean why would a co the size of DB and one in trouble world wide ,be spending MILLIONS to litigate if there is nothing there.

NOW what IF DB was not only a service,r but as WELL AND INVESTOR in the portfolio's it serviced??? Like maybe WMI is as well AN INVESTOR and DB KNOWS having handled those accts THE VLAUES OF THEM AND THERE IS MONEY THERE, So BIG MONEY is there for them on both sides, the 3 BILL and part of the 13.8 left of the IN THE HOLE IN THE WALL GANG at the FDIC-R.

IS the FDIC-R RELEASED????????? WHY NOT
If this is all so cut and dried as many would have us believe,this should have been shut down,LONG LONG TIME AGO

And I feel that WMI IS A CREDITOR TO THE ESTATE
