Without the license, they can't use the name "Marley Coffee" - JAMN is nothing without the Marley name. They won't get the license back - they lost it because they were behind paying for the license fee. They were behind in the license fee because they have no money.

You say that it's all about "the right amount of money" - JAMN doesn't have any money. They're already up to their eyeballs in debt. If they actually publish a quarterly report, you will see how much they have in interest payments (which they also can't afford).

JAMN hasn't been at .25 in a year now. Even before the license issue, they were sub .10. You're dreaming if you think that 1) they'll get the license back, 2) they'll be bought out, 3) they'll continue business even with the license and 4) they would ever see .25.
