So, I don't usually ask any questions here because I am pretty much on top of patents, pipeline, etc., but I have question to be cleared up. I am confused about the recent second offering filings. We have a deal with LPC and we have the second offering forms and ammendments. Are they one an the same in this case? Is the second offering stock this being sold directly to LPC to fulfill the deal or are these two items, LPC and S3/a independent of each other?
