Hey, I understand that this is a possibility and a lot of people seem to believe this type of merger but, please help me understand why would their thrift store merge with their construction business or other entities? Wouldn't they want a merger with someone else in a related industry? I understand maybe to go private or create some holdings inc... maybe. I am bullish and hold a position but I would appreciate yours and others feedback, cheers mate!
