yup, and Brian Davidson is the CEO of EPSC, as far as we know. He was also the VP of Construction for Riggs for 10+ years prior to becoming the CEO of EPSC. Now, Dynamic Solutions is essentially becoming more "one" than ever with Rigs Companies, they all know each other and in same line of work, all have a vested interest in EPSC, and EPSC is looking for a private company to merge into EPSC.
