This was a controlled drop on very small incremental trades.

Over the last 9 days we moved 190m shares all above .0018 with one day close at .0017 on very low volume and all others within this timeline were at .0018 to .0026.

Todays trades appear MM controlled and may indicate they needed shares whether it was to balance out or whatever, but certainly not an indicator of frustrated holders.
