No it increases TPAC IPPS not its stock offering LMAO Its simple if no shares are available to purchase then the stock doesnt move and the pps stays stagnant. Not that hard to understand really. The insiders will be making out like bandits though.

TPAC does not pay dividends so IPPS does not help shareholders at all.

The same way pps normally goes up for stocks. As the value of the company increases, so does the value of each share.

Increasing the number of shares typically decreases the value of each share.
