The question is this including the
buyback of the 1,148Milion already allocated? or is
this additional?

So if we take the current numbers..

70B - (14(20%)) = 56B

or 70B - 11B(1.148M) = 59B - 12B(20%) = 47B

And as usual DO IT, don't keep saying you
are going to buyback, show proof of this
big buyback.
