Yes, the float is so low here that this can move upwards quickly with any positive demand. We have also see it move downwards swiftly, so there may be some dilution happening, or it may be something else. The company appears to be keeping the share structure information pretty current as found on otcmarkets.com, so that's good from a transparency perspective.

I think the next few months could be pretty exciting as we may find out more about what they will soon be ready to offer consumers - and local programming and ISP providers as a great alternative to the cable offerings out there.

The credibility of upper management speaks volumes to me.
