Now THAT would be a fun way to go to the next SHM.

Here's what I found. Looks like "Regular Purchases" of $100,000 don't require a certain share price but if the company wants to increase the size to $150,000 or $200,000 the floor becomes $1 and $1.50 respectively.

" Upon the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 7 and 8 hereof (the “Commencement” and the date of satisfaction of such conditions the “Commencement Date”) and thereafter, the Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to direct the Investor, by its delivery to the Investor of a Regular Purchase Notice from time to time, to purchase up to One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Purchase Shares (each such purchase a “Regular Purchase”), at the Purchase Price on the Purchase Date; provided, however, that (i) the Regular Purchase may be increased to up to One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) Purchase Shares, provided that the Closing Sale Price of the Common Stock is not below $1.00 on the Purchase Date, and (ii) the Regular Purchase may be increased to up to Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Purchase Shares, provided that the Closing Sale Price of the Common Stock is not below $1.50 on the Purchase Date"

X, you know who I am. I just wanted to feed you some beers and shoot the sh!t about this company. Maybe invite you know who and get him back in deep.

About a raise...an investor who has participated in most of the past raises (not you know who) approached the company within the past two months. He got that answer from them. Whateva that means.
