That's the #1 question everyone has about $CDNL! It is also very logical to question what is holding up the financials. Problem is, there is so much rumor & speculation going around, one doesn't what or who to believe. However, considering the FACT that an audit is ongoing at CDNL, it is only logical to assume this is causing the delay, since financials can't be released until this is completed. Plus, given the FACT that the CEO himself has stated they are not able to release any updated financials until the audit is completed, along with the SEC regulations, makes it the most logical and reliable consensus.
Kevin would love nothing more than to have this done with and why he assumed it would have been completed months ago, which he gets attacked for daily. Like it or not, that is the situation here and has caused the pps to fall back to these entry levels. One just needs to decide if CDNL is deserving of a worthy investment, as we wait. Best advice I can give is to do YOUR OWN DD to uncover the FACTS to form YOUR OWN opinion and not those of which are shared on a message board, then weigh YOUR risk tolerance, and invest or trade with what YOU can afford to lose.
