I'm thinking;
Either the deal fell apart; or is being restructured.
Regardless of when and if a deal is announced;
Very unprofessional to not communicate; after a definitive communication was made.
Plus; it's been almost 4 weeks; and no PR on share buyback.
Sorry; but something doesn't smell right.
Very surprised Chris hasn't handled this better.
