This is probably what he should have done, get us the restatements first, and it's a legitimate question that we should maybe all ask him for. But in reality would the restatements change anything? People would say the same stuff until they got the 10k, and even then probably the same exact stuff until the 2016 second Q was released showing the first tranche of funding coming in. That's the one we need. We already have 8k's announcing the JV as well as 8k's showing debt being paid down.
I just see his stubbornness in this, he doesn't like being called a scam artist and has been getting tons of disrespectful tweets from, frankly, total morons on twitter all year, but you can and should see me projecting that onto him and question my clarity.
