I also think the suits go as follows

Option A. 25-50 million and licensing fees going forward, settle in mediation.

Option B. Settle it in front of a jury, asking for 50-100 million and treble.

I was only 500k of of the MSFT settlement guess... hopefully I bat 4 for 4
