Reality, fossil fuels production are the driving economical force of several Counties. In order to for those countries to meet the CO2 emissions limits that were agreed to at the Paris Conferences one of three things must happen.

1, Cut production of CO2. This is not going to happen, to many Counties GDPs would be negativity effected, leading to recessions and economical slow downs.

2. Capture and sequester CO2. Not likely to remain a long term option, far to much negative environmental concerns.

3. Capture and utilization, the only true option that bridges the continual production of fossil fuels and ability to reduce CO2 emissions from that production.
