Ok guys so the morning started off as I was driving by SUNE(Q) operational headquarters in Belmont, CA where Ahmad, Wuebbles and Co. worked from near Silicon Valley. I noticed that they took down the Sunedison signs off the building and I thought to myself, WOW - well I guess this is it....
I posted and said CH7 or Merger is coming. Later in the day, as we all know the SA article came out - seems like it was quickly written and more facts still need to come out. However auctions will be happening in SEPT and like I had always said once they reduce their debt substantially a takeover will most likely occur. I am not thrilled with this price and the Co. doing the buying but I think this is only the first offer and a very premature offer at best since there is still a lot of sales that need to take place. Come OCT, NOV we may see more interest in the company and better offers may come in. Not sure where commons will stand at that point but, things are definitely getting interesting and starting to heat up. Lets hope for the best in SEPT and those that are good at accounting please keep track of all asset sales as we need about $5B to cover.....
