It demonstrates the fickle nature of penny investors. 99% of penny stocks have no revenue so the valuation is based entirely on speculation. Innovus actually has revenue to base a valuation on and the majority are ignoring it and trading on emotion. Guess the old saying is true. " you can lead a horse to water but you can't make 'em drink"!
