No matter the exact present revenue figure we know we have a very upper-echelon company indicating (via an 8K) they intend to RM into the SPCL shell. I am sure that if this transaction is completed it will be quite profitable for us all but we need to see the final division ratio's before we see just how profitable it will be for current shareholders. The timetable for this transaction to complete is anybodies guess but they almost always take longer than originally expected. I await eagerly but patiently for the finalized results. IMHO
