I wouldn't use those words to describe the company's best estimate of when the FDA approval may occur. Its definitely not "Hype". The company has based their estimate on the general length of time it takes the FDA to render such decisions. Nothing wrong with that. If the company didn't put out some type of estimate investors would be beating them up for not providing guidance.
