"Could you be more specific by what you mean when you say "the government" in the referenced post please? FHFA, Treasury, Congress, The White House? All of the above?"

The Conservator is the FHFA. So it is their actions that matter. However...the Treasury and White House actions matter if they influenced the FHFA decisions.

"How does a "subjective interpretation of HERA and Conservator Laws" differ from what I generally get the feeling from you of "the law is the law period"?"

Dont get me wrong...the law IS the law. However, actions and intent by parties is often subjective. In this case, HERA and Conservator laws are objective. But the court must analyze the actions taken by FHFA to determine if they fit within that objective law...and that can sometimes be bent around subjective perspective.

"Also, and again in a peaceful tone, you seem to have somewhat of a "told you so" vibe to many of your posts [not all ok] so how much of that is hindsight or if your so "right" in your analysis why haven't you filed a lawsuit of your own in this matter in an area you feel especially knowledgeble on? You stated you have been long since 2008 right? You are an attorney correct?"

Some of my tone is "i told you so"...I cant deny that. It probably stems from being told I would be wrong so vehemently when I made the predictions. Lol. A little pride that I admit in being right. As for why I dont file my own lawsuit, it is because I have no need to. My lawsuit will have no more impact on the share price than the lawsuits that already exist. If they win, I win. If they lose, I lose. Me filing my own lawsuit wont add to that at all since the remedy will be the same...injunctive relief. If these were money damages, it might be different.

Now how 'bout that coffee :)
