My review of their filings show that they have used some or all of the allowed extension time before filing. Most often they use all of the allowed extension of 6 days for 10Qs.

I expect they'd do that again, just based on history. So I expect we'll see an NT 10Q on the 15th, and the 10Q on the 21st.
