your assumption is not correct, at least according to my discussions with folks. Brian Davidson was not a puppet CEO at all and ran this co. Now, take that with a grain of salt. The company has not done that well in a relatively short a mount of time under his tenure in that role. All the more reason to not be upset to see his title and role change.
