Well it did look kinda bad "Secretary, Treasurer, Director" everything listed but the janitor??!!? They must have just hired a secretary?

Now hes just the CFO and Director, could be Riggs was the CEO all along as I assumed. Brian doesn't want to be listed as the CEO anymore because of that crap that has happened, maybe he wants someone else held responsible (Riggs) the real CEO.
