Someone correct me if I'm wrong: Today's update implied Manny (I assume Manny since letter wasn't signed?) went to a newswire service and said "here, I want to tell the world about our new CEO and his innovative technology".

Right? But the "newswire service" said, "sorry, we can't do that since your not registered with Nevada SOS". Close enough?

So if that is true & he was ready to tell us 4-5 days ago the details thru a wire service, is there any reason at all he just couldn't tell us through a "shareholder update letter", like what was posted today?
