I'm glad you got a response, thank god, I have been asking him this stuff. I would also like to see the original valuation Cardinal did on congress. I mean just look at this report from vast that values the gold in the tailings at over 2 billion dollars,

There is another one that values it at only 23 million dollars.

Vast is/was obviously misusing Cardinal's original valuation and Kevin frankly needs to disavow himself from the company. I don't see how it could be worth the sale of one unit.

The only explanation would be that the lender that was running a smear campaign somehow forged these documents but still even then why is Kevin involved? It looks terrible and he shouldn't still be doing business with them.
