Pink Sheets LLC is the company that printed the "pink sheets" from which the pink sheets stocks get their names. It is a private company but so was the NASD and NYSE. lol

InvestorKing is typical of the IDWD pumpers. Clueless.

He doesn't even know that the law requires Pink Sheets companies to file finacials with the SEC under certain conditions. One of those conditions is if the company has more than 300 shareholders. Downs has the transfer agent gagged as to the number of shareholders.

It doesn't take much imagination as to why the convicted grand theft and forgery stock fraud felon might have done that.
