No I think the chicken came before the egg in this case. It went down on Monday on the 10q release (no time to digest info caused sell on news, herd mentality took hold). Later that evening he shows up with his charts.

In my eyes this whole ordeal is just a chain reaction from an initial selloff on Monday.
