About the "security and compliance" subsidiary and how it was due to commence mid 2016.

The software provides unique layers of security in the access to the stored data. These layers actively monitor access to repository data, download and transmission of confidential files, insertion of external memory devices, on-line searches that have been performed, web-sites visited, and e-mails sent or received using the repository content. The Company anticipates operations to commence in mid-2016.
