Yeah, I don't know the sec never took any action and Vast did supposedly win a 50 million lawsuit against a hostile lender that was running a smear campaign, getting those states to ban them from selling securities might have been a part of it, but I obviously admit it doesn't look great being involved with him.

Do you have anything showing the SEC taking any action? You would think they wold have if any of the stuff in those documents was true.

You once said the valuation on the congress mine was outrageous, here is the only thing I can find that mentions Cardinal, is this valuation outrageous?
