Pardon my ignorance.

(1) Does anyone know which material has been tested? I'm guessing the GLW Chromophore hosted Perkinamine but I have no clue.

(2) How is today's 3rd Party verification different than that of Dr. Norwood / University of Arizona (and possibly others)?

In 2006, our company announced that our scientists created a new class of nonlinear optical materials, which we named Perkinamine and Perkinamine NR. At that time, we submitted both materials to Dr. C.C. Teng, who is the co-inventor of the Teng-Man testing protocol to measure r33, the coefficient of merit for electro-optic (EO) materials. Dr. Teng's r33 findings determined that both materials demonstrated a sufficient efficacy for us to advance towards creating commercial applications for these materials. Dr. Teng's test results were subsequently verified by Dr. Robert Norwood and his group at the Optical Sciences Center at the University of Arizona.

Hoping this time truly is different as I am both skeptical yet hopeful,
